Schools, real estate, and events of Clarkson on this page! Pioneer history in Clarkson dates back to the very early 1800’s and a young 15 year old Warren Clarkson who settled here from New York. Over the years the Clarkson family became a familiar backbone to the community. So much so, that the original stagecoach trail was renamed in their honour and is now known as Clarkson Road.
There is an organization called Friends of the Museums who work together with the City of Mississauga to preserve Bradley Museum and Benares House. These properties showcase the rich heritage left by the founding families, and host many fun community events like Music on the Veranda.
